Does BagGuy offer free samples?
Yes. Send us an email through our contact page and we will send out a sample of whichever of our products you need. Make sure you include correct Name, Address and Product Number to better facilitate you.
How do I estimate shipping charges for my order?
Place all of your items in your shopping cart and then click the "Estimate Shipping" button.
When will my order ship?
If you order by 2 p.m. EST your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be available 24 hours after you place your order. To obtain a tracking number for your order please call our customer service center at 1-413-562-2486. Please have your order number ready.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a $100 minimum order policy.
Will BagGuy.com drop ship orders to my customers?
Yes. To place an order for a drop shipment you can do the following. Fax your purchase order to us at 413-562-5585, call our customer service center at 1-413-562-2486 or follow these easy steps:
- Log In or Register.
- Place Item(s) in cart.
- Checkout
- On the shipping page change the address to that of your customer.
- In the Special Instructions area please write "This is a dropship order."
- Continue Checkout
What is BagGuy.com's return policy?
You may return any products ordered from us within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If you would like to return an order please contact our customer service center at 1-413-562-2486 for assistance.
What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?
If your order is damaged or defective when you receive it, please call our customer service center immediately for a full refund or exchange.
What are your payment methods?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are currently the only payment methods available to use on our website.
